Quebec - Day 1
I like to tell stories to myself
Do you like to tell stories to yourself too?
Today we are pedaling
in search of stories
along the wide and deep St Laurent
and open and ready to find them.
On the way
we find a beach and a swimmingpool
We stop and we explore
We feel like swimming
but water is too cold and wet
only Quebecoise can swim there.
We continue with your journey
and we find a wings sculpture:

and we find a wings sculpture:
in a raft or aboard a Sailship
But,
We tell ourselves a story
We tell ourselves a story
about flying over the bridge to Lévise
on the river's other side.
Lévise on the river's other side
Looks like a painting:
From the river's other side
we see Quebec City
on the river's this side.
A lovely scene
a women walking with her dog
along a stream
flowing to the St Lautent
we feel invited to
to step into the scene.
We board a ferry to cross the river
back to the other side
which was originally this side.
We tell ourselves a story
That we cross the river
inside a gentle whale's belly.
We are back in Quebec City
for a nourishing dinner
an a restoring sleep.
